If you are wondering if this is the best service let me assure you it is. Everything about this experience has exceeded my expectations. As a former veterinary technician wildlife rehabber and zookeeper I know great animal and pet people when I meet them. Mawoo is bringing lives together in all the right ways. I’m telling everyone about this and of course seeing is believing. Our new bundle of joy arrived just as described but beyond our wildest dreams we are totally in love and now on day five after delivery. Portuguese Podengo Pequeno Breed Information
The Portuguese Podengo Pequeño is a little dog with a big name. The smallest of the podengo dogs, the pequeño (which means “small” in Spanish) was bred as a rabbit hunter as long ago as 2,000 years. The word “podengo” refers to a pack dog, which the Portuguese Podengo Pequeño still very much is. These dogs love spending time with other dogs, as well as humans. Standing as high as 30 centimetres at the shoulder, the Pequeño can weigh up to 6 kilograms. Portuguese Podengo Pequeños with yard access need a fence to prevent them from chasing “prey” all over town.
