This gorgeous mixed breed of Pomeranian and Siberian Husky is considered a designer breed. It’s almost like having a miniature husky! Because of their size, they are great for apartment life and do better where it’s not hot all year round. They have the friendliness of the Pomeranian and the intelligence of the Husky. Because they are a mixed breed of two different sized breeds, their weight can vary between 10 to 38 lbs and they tend to have a lifespan of 12 to 15 years.

Idaho is well-known as a dog-friendly place to live in—or travel to—thanks to its millions of dog lovers and plentiful dog-centric businesses. Urban Idaho is packed with beautiful dog parks where your furry family members can run and play off-leash, including the Nampa Dog Park and the Military Reserve Flood Basin Dog Park. An Idaho dog owner can also run errands, take a shopping trip or go out for dinner with their pup at their side the whole time. Looking for a way for the two of you to get exercise and fresh air together? Try the state’s Greenbelt trail, which runs for 25 miles along the Boise River.
Fifty-eight percent of Idaho households have at least one dog.
The state’s own Idaho Shag dog originated on the eastern side of the state, and is believed to be a mix of herding breeds.
Boise, capital of Idaho, is considered one of the country’s best cities for dogs.
