Eskipoo Breed Information
The Eskipoo, also known as the Pookimo, is a cross between the American Eskimo Dog and the Medium Poodle. Double-coated and mostly shed-free, the Eskipoo weighs between 10 and 20 pounds and makes a great family dog. Due to its mixed-breed status, some puppies develop the wavy coat of the Poodle, in which case they are better-suited to warmer, milder climates than their double-coated siblings. Loving, affectionate and gentle, the Eskipoo prefers not to be left alone for long periods.

The modern Granite State is still home to sled dogs as well as pampered pet canines who love spending time in the dog parks and visiting the dozens of trails, rivers, lakes and woods of the White Mountains National Forest.
