The Biewer terrier—that’s pronounced, “Beaver,” btw!—is a smiling, rambunctious, energetic and happy dog. An avid hunter of small prey like rodents, the Biewer terrier also enjoys hunting and playing with its toys. This is a born family dog. Standing up to 28 centimetres at the shoulder and weighing between two and four kilograms, the Biewer terrier is a friendly breed that is kind to strangers and family alike. Though not a constant barker, the Biewer will let you know when someone’s about to pay you a visit. With enough playtime and walks, the Biewer could live in a smaller home.
