The breeder guarantees the puppy for 1 year from the date of sale against hereditary and congenital disorders that may interfere with the animal’s ability to lead a normal life. If, within 1 year, following the date of sale of the animal, a licensed veterinarian of the Buyer’s choosing certifies in writing that the animal has a life-threatening, congenital or hereditary disorder the Buyer has the right to return the animal for a full refund of the purchase price excluding veterinary costs related to the diagnosis and excluding shipping costs associated with the return. Euthanasia of the dog without the Seller’s prior knowledge or consent voids this guarantee. The puppy must be taken to your own vet within 3 business days from date of sale. Any health warranty is void if the Buyer does not make a vet visit within the prescribed period of time. Take all health-related paperwork that has been provided to your vet at this time. NOTIFY THE BREEDER IMMEDIATELY IF THERE ARE ANY ADVERSE FINDINGS DURING THE VET VISIT.
